At Adapt Cosmetics, we aim to make your ordering experience smooth, reliable, and transparent from start to finish.
What Happens After You Place an Order
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to let you know we have received it. Our team will then begin processing your shipment.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 0–1 business days. If you have not received tracking details within five business days of placing your order, please contact us through our support page, live chat, or by emailing support@adaptcosmetics.com.
Shipping Rates
We offer free USPS Standard shipping on all orders over $200.
For orders below $200, the following rates apply:

Shipping Locations

Our order cutoff time is 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
