At Adapt Cosmetics, we want you to feel confident with every order. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange a return and refund.

What Can Be Returned

You may return:

• Any unopened and unused product, provided it has not been discontinued
• Up to two opened items per customer

This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the delivery date, as confirmed by the tracking information. After 30 days, refund or exchange requests may still be considered at our discretion.

Important Notes

All returns must be approved in advance. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, usually within 2–3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Please note that products must be used only for their intended cosmetic purpose. Any misuse of our products, or use outside their intended purpose, may void this refund policy.
