Our Guarantee

At Adapt Cosmetics, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 60 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

We aim to make the process as simple as possible. To start a return, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization before sending any items back. Once your return has been approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Wherever possible, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted for unopened items. We may also accept returns for up to two opened items per customer within the 60-day period, provided the request is reasonable and made in good faith. Any misuse of our products, or use outside their intended cosmetic purpose, may void this guarantee.
